5. Custom Orders & Repairs
  • Design Approval: For "Mitchell’s Originals" or bespoke custom designs, production begins only after client approval of the design/CAD.
  • Non-Refundable: As stated in our Return Policy, custom-designed and engraved items are non-refundable once production or modification has commenced.
  • Repair Liability: While we take the utmost care with your jewelry, Mitchell’s Manufacturing Jewelers LLC is not responsible for stones that may crack or break during the repair process if they possess inherent inclusions or treatments unknown to us.
6. Prohibited Uses
In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:
(a) for any unlawful purpose;
(b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;
(c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;
